Body positive movement

The body positive movement, also known as body positivity, is a set of theories and beliefs about dismantling the rigid aesthetic standards for the body Western culture has.
As the movement has developed extremely recently, in 2012 and overwhelmingly on-line, "there is [little] current scholarship specifically investigating the body positive movement".[1]
